Breakthrough Adaptive Catalysis
CataLum leverages unique properties of gallium nitride based photocatalysis to produce novel, high value, clean and energy efficient green chemical reactions.
Performing at room pressures and temperatures, gallium nitride efficiently utilizes a wide light spectrum
to catalyze a range of reactions through a variety of mechanisms of action. GaN’s photocatalytic properties
and performance can be adapted by combining it with other semiconductors and by decorating it with
various metals. This enables the efficient production of industrial & specialty chemicals, high density
fuels from waste materials and emissions as well as pharmaceutical manufacturing precursors.
